For landlords

Washers and dryers for your rental units

Two ways to put laundry in your units. Either way, we install the machines, take the old ones away, and repairs are included.

  1. Option 1

    Your tenants rent from us

    Nothing for you to pay

  2. Option 2

You rent machines for your units

$12.50 a week per set, list price

Two ways to work with us

Option 1

Your tenants rent from us

  • Each tenant rents a washer and dryer from us and pays us directly.
  • There's nothing for you to pay.
  • You only allow the installation.
  • Repairs are included while the tenant rents.

Option 2

You rent machines for your units

  • You rent the machines and include laundry with the unit.
  • List price: $12.50 a week per washer and dryer set.
  • For 3 or more units, we quote per building after we see it.
  • Repairs are included while you rent.

Included either way

Delivery and installation are quoted per job, before anyone pays.

  • Installation: we connect the water, drain, power and vent, and run a test cycle before we leave.
  • Old machines taken away at no charge.
  • Repairs, or a replacement machine, at no charge.
  • Pre-owned machines, each one checked before it goes out.

How it works for a building

  1. Tell us about the building

The address, how many units, and what's there now: no machines, old machines to replace, or hookups only.

  2. We see the building

For 3 or more units, we look at the building before we quote: the laundry spaces and the hookups.

  3. You get a quote

If your tenants rent directly, each tenant gets their own quote. If you rent the machines, you get a quote for the building.

  4. We install

We deliver, connect each machine, run a test cycle and take the old machines away.

  5. Repairs while the machines are in

Call or text us when a machine needs a repair. We repair it or replace it at no charge.

Start with a quote

What each unit needs

  • Hot and cold water taps for the washer
  • A drain: a standpipe or a laundry tub
  • A standard outlet for the washer
  • For an electric dryer: a 240V outlet, 3- or 4-prong
  • For a vented dryer: a vent to the outside

Tell us what each unit has, and we'll tell you what fits.
