Option 2
Delivery and installation are in the quote, before anything is installed.
The address, the number of units, and what's in the laundry room now.
We look at the space, the hookups and how many machines the room can take.
For the option you choose: the building rents the machines, or residents pay per load.
We deliver, connect each machine, run a test cycle and take the old machines away.
Call or text us when a machine needs a repair. We repair it or replace it at no charge.
If the units have their own hookups, tenants can rent from us directly, or you can rent machines for the units.
Landlord optionsWe quote per building after we see the laundry room. Delivery and installation are in the quote, before anything is installed.
We supply the machines at no cost to the building, and residents pay per load. The building gets a share of what the machines take in. We agree on the share before we install.
It depends on the room: the space, the hookups and how many residents use it. We tell you what fits after we see it.
Call or text (437) 907-6955 when a machine needs a repair. Repairs are included in both options.
